2. Ice Arrows- The same Ice Arrows from Zelda: Ocarina of Time. They're launched from a crossbow, making for a stealthy, but slow, weapon.

3. Absolute Zero Environment Capicitator a.k.a. the "Freezel Weasel"- This monstrous, chrome-plated pistol blasts out a spiral shaped blast of super-cooled chemical compound. When it comes in contact with a solid or liquid, the unlucky matter undergoes the violent changes that absolute zero brings about. . . Luckily for billy chilly's opponents, it takes a few seconds to charge up a shot, and a couple more seconds to lock onto a target.

billy chilly, the boy genius, although mostly a loner, has a couple of friends; Wave Man, the salty sea dog of a robot, his ally in the battle against FireNexus, and chilly willy, his penguin pal and the only known speaker of "blank stare/hand-them-a-fish-ese."
