Weapons/Attacks1. Triple Slash: A dashing attack that registers 3 consecutive hits. If missed, there is a 3 sec delay before the next attack.2. Blade Beam: A powerful beam of energy shot from Outerverse's sword. If missed, there is a 3 sec delay before the next attack. 3. Zatoichi Special: Faster and more powerful combo of the first 2. Basically executed as 1-2-1. If missed, there is a whopping 30 sec delay before the next attack!
Personality/AppearanceBest summed up on the main page: "Cold. Calculating. Tolerant. This ancient being is always clad in black. He has and still is searching for something, but can't seem to remember what..." Similar to android 16's disposition. Loyal to friends, merciless to foes. Will not kill unless it is unavoidable.Transportation: By space ship usually, but can teleport as well. Outerverse is the epitome of a loner... he roams the galaxy in his spacecraft, always searching...
HistoryAlthough Outerverse can be killed, he can inhabit another body (like Dr. Who's "The Master"). But, for simplicity's sake, once his body is dead he WILL NOT be able to rejoin the battle.This ability was gained from a former enemy who tried to steal Outerverse's body. He later lost this ability after the battle at Magic Mountain, when he reclaimed his sprit which had been torn from him.
