These are the best recreation of the rules I could come
up with. They were not recorded in the
Board
Archive, so I had to go with something similar: a modified version of
the
Ground Rules of BOTP 2.
- All bios contain 3 special attacks. Normal attacks will be derived
from your character description. i.e. If you tell us you're a
ninja-kung-fu-master, you're probably going to do a lot of kicking and
karate chopping.
- Keep ALL attacks reasonable. No, "I use KI to blow up the
universe" or "I summon a fleet of 83,246,018,264 heavily
armed X-Wings carrying neutron bombs."
- You can write about yourself and set up battles about yourself, but
when it comes to the fights themselves, someone else has to write
them.
- Once your character loses, dies or surrenders, you're done. You can
write about other characters, but your guy is going to have to sit out
the rest of the Battle.
- Feel free to form grudges or alliances. Careful though, because
anything goes in the MDB World.
- ALL bios need the following:
-2 Special attacks, 1 Last-resort
-Description
*Name
*ALL physical traits you care to be known (the more the easier for
others to write about you)
*Home/Place of origin
*Transportation or lack thereof
*Personality traits/Motive
*Pre-existing alliances/grudges (if any)
