After loosing the Chilly Hilly to Sasuke, an enraged Billy Chilly sets off to find someone and make them pay.  Managing to salvage is favorite equipment he sets off on his journey out of the arctic wasteland that was his home.  He knew he would not go back any time soon because of the painful memories of those he had lost:  B.I.G. Bird, EnemaBot5000, and the rest.  Remembering that he was off to find FireNexus before Sasuke attacked, he picks up Chilly Willy and his remaining gear.  Along with Wave Man, Billy sets off to find the hidden portal to Destronica.  As they left the arctic wasteland, the two decided it was best to split up and find out any info about the Destroinca portal.  Wave Man headed off to Magic Mountain to see if Kejardon knew anything and the angered Billy Chilly headed to Mechanoree.

Billy was determined to beat some information out of the local bots, when he ran in to Joeman.  The bot told the mad genius that Sasuke was in a new body and wanting to atone for his doings.  The emperor of ice followed Joeman's directions, convinced that he was walking in to a trap, came upon Sasuke.  "What the?!  How did you survive that fall?" said Billy, "No matter.  I'll just destroy you and your junky factory this time."  "Wait!  Let me explain myself!" Sasuke cried out, "Or at least let me do something to help!"  Billy, even more enraged, yelled out a few incoherent cursings.  "I will do ANYTHING, do you hear me? ANYTHING!" the robot yelled back.  For a while, there was silence...well as much silence as one could expect from a robot factory.

After several tense moments, Billy let out a sigh and spoke "Okay, okay.  I think you're telling the truth.  However, I'm still pretty cheezed at you destroying my Chilly Hilly.  But, I want some info on Destronica."  Sasuke replied "Destronica?!  Why would you want to go to that hellish, forsaken place?"   "I have my reasons...at least it will keep me from leveling Mechanoree." the chilly one responded.  The robot pulled up all the info he had on Destronica and printed out a copy for Billy, who in turn handed to Chilly Willy for safekeeping.   As Billy left the factory, "One other thing," Sasuke said, "I'll send out a team of Docmen to rebuild the Chilly Hilly.  I'm sorry that I can't do more."  Billy turned and grinned, "You've done enough."

Meanwhile, Wave Man had arrived at Magic Mountain, only to witness a startling event.   It seemed as though there were two Outerverses there.  But, that's not why he was there, so he didn't ask about it.  He waked (yes, waked and not walked) over to Kejardon's area, only to see that there really was two Outerverses there.  But still, this didn't concern him.  He turned to Kej and started to talk, when he noticed that Kej was staring at the two Outerverses and didn't seem to even notice Wave Man's watery arrival.  "Kejardon?" the robot master said, but got only a "Uh, uh, uh" from Kej.  Seeing the Insane Space Hunter, he walked over to the insane one.  "Wave Man, either there are two Outerverses standing over there, or I desperately need a shrink." the hunter said.   "Yar not seein things, Hunter.  Thar be two Outerverses over thar." the robot replied.  ISH let out a sigh of relief and said, "For once I'm glad I'm not insane.  So, whatchaya doin' here?"  Wave Man replied, "I be needing some info on how to enter Destronica.  Billy and I are gonna ta take out FireNexus fer good."  "Go on in to my ship, Computer will help you find what you need."

A short while later Wave Man emerged from the Quest of Insanity with a surprised look on his face.  "Darr, I NEVER would have thought the entrance was thar! Who would have guessed that the entrance to Destronica, a world of flame, was...BEHIND A WATERFALL!"

Meanwhile, WaveMan was swiming up river from Magic Mountain, still confused about what he saw. He noticed that he wasn't making much progress heading upstream, so he decided to call up a small Water Wave, just big enough to change the river's flow for a while. Now that he was making progress he bagan to think about how he and Billy Chilly would withstand the intense heat of Destronica, much less take out FireNexus in it's home turf. He looked back to see how far he had gone. Magic Mountain was finally fading over the horizon. 'I be going faster than I though' he thought.  Soon he had arrived at the waterfall, which oddly enough, was near the forest FireNexus had torched. He climbed up the river bank on to dry land.

"I still can't figure out a way to be gettin' in to that oversized ruby with out bein' cooked to me circuits," he said to himself, "much less how Billy be survivin' in that heat." He had started to pace as he thought, when he heard some bushes rustling. "Who be ye? And, what do ye want?" the robot said as he stopped and turned to look at the bushes.

"I be...uh...I am Sasuke," a robot said as he stepped out of the bushes, "and I thought you and Billy might need some assisstance."

WaveMan scouled, "We be needin' no help a fightin' that blasted hunk o' glass, so be off with ye!" Just then he heard the familiar sound of Billy's jetpack.

"Sasuke?" Billy said as he landed, "What are you doing here?"

The robot replied, "Well, as I was trying to explain to Barnacle Bill over here," glancing at WaveMan, "I have some things that might help you in Destroinca." Sasuke pressed a button on a capsule and out popped a display with various objects on it.

"You don't see that everyday!" said ISH, who had been chasing a fish upstream. "Where did that thing go? Come 'ere ya mullet!" he said has he began chasing the fish back downstream.

 "How does he...? Anyway, I used some of your spec sheets that the Docmen salvaged from your computers and came up with these!" Sasuke said, who was still puzzled as to why the Inasne Space Hunter turns up in the weirdest places at the weirdest times.  Among the items were:

 A Chill Suit in silver and blue and a helmet with a face shield.
 A set of Absolute Zero Environment Capicitator guns, which seemed smaller that Billy's.
 A dozen or so metallic looking Freeze Arrows.
 A spear cannon, which made WaveMan look over at Billy in puzzlement.
 A capsule colored yellow and blue bearing the letters WM.
 And an arm blaster.

"But we be havin' these already, toy man." the aquatic robot said.

Sasuke glared at WaveMan and replied, "Well, Popeye, these are enhanced versions of your equpiment." He begins a sales-pitch type presentation, "Billy, the new Chill Suit is heat resistant and cools you off since you are used to the arctic climate, but you still don't want to be in there for too long. Your Dragon Cap will be useless in there, so here's a chill helmet instead which is designed like the new chill suit. The AZEC guns have been super charged, but I haven't had them tested them yet so use them with extreme caution.

WaveMan, this new spear cannon has a HV accelerator and an icing option like Billy's Freeze Arrows. The arm blaster is also ice enhanced and it is at least 10 times more powerful than your current one. Also, you can call a Flood Summon and have Billy fire his AZEC guns in to it and create a wall of absolute zero ice. Finally, this capsule here," he points to a capsule with WM on it, "is an armor upgrade for you. With it, you too will be able to survive the fires of Destronica longer."

"Just remember you two, your enhanced armor is not totally heat proof. Get in and get out as fast as you can. There are indicators on your armors that will turn red when the armor reaches it's breakdown point. If the indicator goes red, you two need to drop what you're doing and get the hell out of there. You will have only 2 minutes before you fry. Any questions?" Both shook their heads no.  Sasuke clicked the WM capsule and dropped it. An upgrade pod popped out and WaveMan stepped in. There was a low whine and a flash of light, then WaveMan stepped out. He was now silver and blue like Billy's new suit. Now fully perpared, Billy Chilly and WaveMan walked into the portal behind the waterfall.

As they trekked though the burning wasteland of Destronica, they were glad that Sasuke improved their armor. They could still feel the heat but it was tolerable, almost unnoticeable. After what seemed like hours they stopped and checked their indicators...still blue, that was good. Continuing on, Billy started to grumble that his feet were hurting so WaveMan reminded him that his jetpack would have melted in the heat. Billy kept grumbling, but walked on. At last they came upon a large pool of magma. Billy shot a few arrows in and watched them do little to the magma.  A few seconds went by and FireNexus rose out of the pool with the arrow stuck in the crystal. "I should have finished you both on the beach. I will soon rectify that mistake." the crystal spoke. The crystal began to glow and the arrows dissolved. "Care to try again, human?"

Billy fired a few more arrows at the crystal. However, they only served to annoy FireNexus. WaveMan shot a few ice spears, which had the same effect.  "Okay, lets do this together." Billy said.

 The robot replied with "Right. It has become very clear that we cannot defeat it individually."  WaveMan fired off a water wave and Billy shot an arrow into it as it hit FireNexus.  The crystal shook, but no damage was apparent. WaveMan fired off another wave and this time Billy fired his guns as the wave hit the crystal. The surface cracked slightly.

"Okay, now it is my turn." FireNexus said as he called up a pair of Fire Bursts. The two were flung into the air and landed with a hard thud.  WaveMan helped Billy to his feet, but the two were met with a volley of Fire Bursts. Billy and WaveMan were dazed but otherwise unharmed, however, their indicators had changed to yellow.

It was time to go on the offensive for the pair. WaveMan shot off a set of waves and Billy froze them with ice arrows as they hit FireNexus. FN replied with a Heat Field, which Billy and WaveMan weakened buy building a few ice walls to absorb a lot of the heat. And, the battle raged on as blows and cursings were exchanged. Finally, there was a pause in the action. The damage was clear to both sides...WaveMan and Billy's armor was damaged but still working. FireNexus looked worse being cracked badly and chipping.

FireNexus was losing and getting desperate. It called out for help from SimBen and CapCom, but they could not enter the heat. FN could lower the temperature, but then it would give Billy and WaveMan an advantage. Stuck for a way to get the upper hand back, FN pulled out a desperation move. It began pulling heat into its core. Billy and WaveMan staggered at the sudden change in the heat flow. As FN pulled in more heat, its shell began to grow. Billy, looking at his indicator noticed that it was on the verge of turning red. "We need to get this over with, WaveMan." he shouted. FN was now 3 times as big and hotter than ever.

"Behold, you pitiful wretches, the supreme power of 'Super FireNexus'!" the crystal said. Immediately it began to fire off combinations of Fire Bursts and Heat Beams at the two silver clad warriors. "NOTHING CAN WITHSTAND MY POWER, NOW! NOT EVEN THE PRINCE OF HADES!" FireNexus shouted, as its attacks grew fiercer.

"We can't hold off for much longer! Our armor is breaking down!" WaveMan yelled.

Billy shouted back, "I have an idea! Use your Flood Summon and I'll fire my freezer guns into it as it hits! We'll take 'Super FireNexus' out with a 'Super Freeze Weasel'!"

Billy began to force FireNexus lower to put it into the path of WaveMan's Flood Summon by freezing the air above it. WaveMan poured all the energy he could spare to create the largest flood he had even created. Billy in turn fired his freezer guns right at FN's place in the water and instantly the water froze. Although obscured from view by the steam coming off the ice, Billy and WaveMan could see the crystal begin to shrink and crack severely. Suddenly with a horrendous explosion, the energy that was FireNexus had been released from its crystalline container and it was now threatening to consume everything in its path. Like a massive heat field FireNexus' energy began to expand at an alarming rate. Billy and WaveMan raced for their lives trying to avoid being incinerated by FireNexus while dodging the flame columns and falling rocks.  FireNexus was gaining on them and their armor was beginning to melt off, thankfully Sasuke made sure that the material wasn't a conductor or Billy and WaveMan would have bought it right then. Billy began to fatigue and fell, so with FireNexus still gaining, WaveMan dashed back and got Billy to his feet. The two ran as fast and as hard as they could, but FireNexus was now only a few yards behind them. It seemed that all was lost for the duo when the opening appeared just ahead! Just as FireNexus began to overtake them, the two dove through the opening and into the waterfall's pool. FireNexus could not continue outside of Destronica in his present state. Instead, it melted the rock surrounding the opening. No one would ever use that passage in to it domain again.

Epilogue:

Billy and WaveMan's soupped up Sasuke were unusable now. They swapped the destroyed equipment for their old stuff. "That was too damn close." Billy said, "Man, I look like a lobster! It's going to be good to get back in the cold again."

WaveMan replied, "I bet matey. I need a good body shop, jest look at me fuselage!" They both turned to Sasuke and thanked him and the three went their separate ways. Meanwhile, FireNexus began to recollect itself in to a new shell. It muttered to itself, "How could those two have beaten me? I used every fiery trick in the book. I need to prepare for next time. The outcome will be different, oh yes, it will be VERY different."
