Physical Stats: Looks ALMOST exactly like ISH... Short
dark blonde hair, ice blue eyes, no scars, wears a black polo shirt and black khakis, almost always with black sunglasses.  Often wears an overcoat. 
Also has a slightly deeper and more sinister tone than ISH.
Personal Stats: Kane was one of two cyborgs (ISH was the second) created to destroy the sleeping evil, however it was soon discovered that one was too violent to be relied upon to save existence...so the project was scrapped.  However, Kane escaped and caused the explosion which sent ISH on his merry way through space and time.  In the mean time, Kane ended up growing up in various crime syndicates only enhancing his violent tendencies.  (Also during this time Oh Heck was created to replace the first 2 failures.)  Due to sheer blind luck (and thanks to Billy Chilly's blunder in BOTP3: Revenge of the Posters) Kane was sucked into the same space-time reality as the ISH we all know and love.  Upon finding out his twin survived, Kane set out on a quest to destroy ISH.  Now the fun begins as the Hunter becomes the hunted.  View all ISH's History and what-such here: The Adventures of The Insane Space Hunter.

Transportation or lack there of: Like ISH, Kane's adopted a YT-1300 light freighter (think Millennium Falcon) named the Quotient of Instability. Unlike ISH's Quest of Insanity, Kane's QOI is outfitted with some pretty heavy weaponry, as well as secret compartments for smuggling arms.

Background: Think of ISH, but serious and more like a hired gun-style bounty hunter.  He adopted his name from the story of Cain and Abel from the Bible, but he decided that he liked the "Kane" better.  Now that he's found out ISH survived the explosion, he considers ISH to be his Abel.  Kane had an equally strange past as ISH did, but Kane's involved death, destruction, war, and hatred making him the perfect psychopathic monster.

Character Skills:
A walking nightmare.  His knowledge of martial arts and weaponry is astonishing.  He can actually manufacture his own weapons.  Top-notch pilot, gunner, and combat expert...He's so in tune with his abilities, it scary.  He's also had some modifications done to his endoskeleton making it stronger, as well as modifications to his shell to make it more resistant to weapon fire...about the same as how much ISH has been repaired.
Weapons:
    Plasma Gun: like ISH's Mighty Stinger, it's about the size of a Walther PPK and fires high-velocity plasma.
    HV Rail Gun: Modified to accept custom made slugs...especially the Explosion Array slugs.
    Rocket Launcher: well simply put...it makes things go boom.
    Samurai Sword: One very similar to the sword used by Vicious in Cowboy Bebop.
    BFG: It's extremely good at making really huge holes in things.  EVERYTHING.  Basically a huge friggin plasma cannon.

Character Stats:
Regular Special: Explosion Array: Remember that rail gun?  Remember it's been modified?  Well, Kane fires a special slug into the ground just under his prey which in a second or two EXPLODES in a fairly large blast.  Causes a fair amount of damage, but uses more energy to fire leaving the rail gun depleted momentarily.

Regular Special: The Whimsically Ridiculous Unreliable Flying Headbutt of Insanity that Ensures Victory: Stealing a page from ISH's book, Kane deiced that the only way to fight his brother was to know how he fights.  So, he chose Insaney's FAVORITE attack.  Remember, ISH has perfected this move and Kane's version is not as dangerous.

Powerful Special:
BFG: This one is an insanely powerful, highly energized plasma launching cannon.  Blast radius, approx 20 feet with a moderate charge...100 if fully charged.  It's also good at launching Kane for a few dozen yards at a time.
